Why I Built ISON Differently.

After over 11 years in the construction industry, I kept seeing the same problem. Clients — whether they were council project managers, property developers, or families building the home of their lives — were being kept in the dark. Builders would take the contract, go quiet, and only resurface when they needed more money.

I started ISON Building because I believed there was a better way. A way to build that puts the client in control — not as a formality, but as a genuine operating principle. Every project I take on is director-led from the first conversation to final handover. You deal with me directly. You always know what's happening. And if something needs to be said, I say it early — not after it's already cost you money.
